As the Refractory industry has envolved itself into providing state of the art and sophisticated refractory materials, the requirement for an effective and professional refractory dry-out has increased and in most cases become a necessity, it is vital that both the free and chemically combined water has been removed to a save level, risks of steam explosions and thermal shock are minimised and that the refractory materials are in optimum condition, prior to the furnace entering into production.

With our combined knowledge and experience of refractory materials, the industrial processing plant and hot-gas flow, utlising gas or oil fired high velocity burners, we engineer a dry-out procedure that will provide a controlled and uniform convective heat distribution to all parts of the furnace with the temperatures being constantly monitored and recorded throughout.
