REDUCED DUSTING ON YOUR FURNACE SUPERSTRUCTURE
Upon completion of construction or repair, your furnace shall be required to be charged with cullet at a controlled rate into the preheated melter until a level is reached that will allow you to start the in house charger system.
We provide you with services for the charging of your cullet either by blowing or vibrating. We shall discuss the requirements for cullet filling with you and recommend which type of unit should be used.
IMPROVEMENT
Potential damages to the inside of your furnace or defects in the glass quality can be caused by small cullet particles or dust. We have options for you with which we can reduce this potential. We can use a vibrating feeder or install a cullet wetting system before our blower to damp down the cullet and reduce dust.
