A correct dry out of refractory lined components should be completed before bringing the plant into production. This should be completed using a combination of high velocity burners and bulkheads. Care should also be taken when planning this work to ensure that all components within the plant that are made from several types of materials are not exposed to any excess or damaging temperatures.
We make this planning with you and achieve a safe and consistent Dry Out using either gas or oil fired high velocity burners.
