A correct Heat Up of a new or rebuilt DC ARC furnace should be completed before bringing the unit into production.
This should be completed using high velocity burners installed into the roof of the unit and temperatures should be increased to suit your heat up schedule.
RELIABILITY
During the heat up of your DC ARC Furnace it is important that the burners used are reliable as
the process can be of durations between 20 and 30 days of continuous 24hrs burner operation. We work hard up front with maintenance and thorough testing of our burners in order to give you this reliability.
